We offer free shipping on all USA and Canada orders over $100 CAD. We ship to Canada, USA, UK and Europe. We are not currently offering free shipping to countries outside of Canada and USA. Please allow 2-5 business days for order processing and handling before your order is shipped out. All orders under $100 CAD have a $5 (CAD or USD depending or where the item is being shipped to) flat shipping rate.

RETURN SHIPPING. Return authorization for items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned/exchanged for other reasons will be paid by the customer.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Ammo refills (lipstick or lip balm), Clearance items, Final Sale items, Special Order items, Custom Products, and Gift Cards. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet criteria set forth within this policy.

CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for items that were damaged when purchased, items must be in new, unused, and in saleable condition with all original packaging intact.

FORMS OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be used at our discretion.
